			<title>PMOs Don't Work!</title>
			<link>http://www.projectexecutiveforum.com/pmos-dont-work.html</link>

They don't truly accomplish the theoretical goals of why PMOs were created in the first place. Would love to hear what others are doing regarding their PMOs and how they are taking their project portfolios to the next level of true strategic alignment with the enterprise.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
