Project Executive Forum online registration is on a secure server. We guarantee that every transaction you make will be 100% safe. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and addresses so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

Invoices

Invoices are prepared for group registrations only. These are initiated by the group contact at your company.

If you are part of a group which is being invoiced for all registrations, please be sure to contact the group organizer at your company prior to registering to ensure the proper procedure is followed. If you are not sure who to contact, please call Merry at 888-443-6786 ext.228 for further information.

If your company has been given a groupspecial invitationcode, but is not being invoiced, proceed to register on line using this code to receive the discounted pricing. Payment is made by credit card.

Conference Changes
Project Executive Forum reserves the right to provide qualified substitute speakers in the event of emergency, illness or other like event. If for any reason Project Executive Forum has to cancel a workshop or session the attendee is still responsible for the full amount of their registration fee. Project Executive Forum will make every attempt to immediately notify registrants of any changes or cancellations.

Confirmation of Registration and Receipts
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your registration, which, if you have paid by credit card, includes your receipt, if you provide us with your e-mail address on your registration form. Cancellations and Badge Transfers

Cancellations made in writing prior to October 1, 2010 will be accepted subject to a cancellation service charge of $100.00. Registrants that do not attend the program or cancel after October 1, 2010 are liable for the full fee.

Registrations received after October 1, 2010 are 100% non-refundable.

Registrations may be transferred at any time without penalty, as long as new attendee meets pre-determined participation criteria.

Registration Credits

From time to time, difficulty may be experienced in registering or while attending the event. While these situations are very rare, registration fee refunds are not given. We are able to provide a credit towards a future Project Executive Forum or Project Summit & BusinessAnalystWorld event. These situations are dealt with immediately following the event.
